New ☾ in ♈︎ Aries & Aries Stellium
New ☾ at 22 Degrees Aries - Sunday 4/11 7:30pm pst.
When we experience a new moon, the Sun is positioned directly beyond the Moon from our point of view. Their energies merge, dimming the sky, enhancing our senses & marking the start of a new Lunar cycle. The Sun feeds into the Moon, enlivening its themes of instincts, receptivity, emotions and nocturnal activity. Also close ahead is Venus dripping sweet honey along the pathway & Mercury coming up behind connecting the dots and clarifying anything we’ve over looked or couldn’t exactly name. The sign, Aries is Cardinal 🜂 Fire, all about boldness, inspiration, movement & courage. This is a time for embracing your physical vessel & unique existence while also exemplifying & opening to self confidence, assertiveness, & healthy boundaries.
Things that may be heightened during this time include (but not limited to): cravings, restlessness, physical energy, eroticism, ingenuity, aggression, curiosity, expressiveness, “bright ideas”, competitiveness, passion & the impulse to do something.
New Moons, as I’ve stated before, are best for internally aligning, straightening out your energy & intentions toward your aspirations. Igniting & setting now, to then take actionable steps during the waxing phase. While working with this New Moon try getting out of your head & into your body, allow your instincts to take the lead, add some fire to your ritual (sitting around a fire or lighting candles in your space etc.), dress the part, move your vessel allowing your feelings and thoughts to filter through your veins & energy channels &/or any other ways you find yourself personifying your desires through this Aries heat.
You may experience big energy surges and drops, sparks that fade quickly, and could even find yourself itching to just do something, anything. If you feel amped up and don’t know what to do, it’s spring & this is the perfect time for purging to allow for new flow & things (clearing out any clutter, rearranging your furniture, getting a hair cut etc.). Anything that allows you to make space for and focus on yourself is beneficial & encouraged during this time.
The other side of these transits can show up as irritation, impulsiveness, competitiveness & short fuses. Keeping yourself engaged in tasks & fun activities will also keep you level headed. Neglected & unfocused Aries energy, just like any fire, can quickly become destructive & shit starting. Try not to get sucked into petty drama, competing with others or any other bs that may come up. I can’t stress enough the importance of using these transits to fuel & ignite joy, healing, passions & any goals you have set for yourself.
For deeper understanding of where these themes/energies are showing up in your life check within your Natal Chart which House(s) Aries resides in. Also keep in mind other transits happening and your own natal placements.
