As the moon moves closer to the sun for their usual meet up I’m sure everyone has been feeling the feels. You may have found yourself looking through old pictures, cleaning out something thats been sitting for a while, taking some family time, having old memories meet you with new information etc.. All the Cancerian things are being highlighted and reflected upon as the Sun & Moons energies intertwine here. Neptune ℞ & Uranus are also playing supporting roles for us now as well; Neptune - helping us to dissolve mistrusts, resentments & discomfort & allowing easier access to our ancestors and guides; Uranus - bringing us new insights to past experiences that will assist us in moving forward and planting new seeds. This New Moon in Cancer is all about watering our own grass, moving through our emotions, nurturance & clearing out the past to move forward.

Things that may be heightened during this time include (but not limited to): emotions, neediness, the desire to take care of things/people, intuition, stomach sensitivities, memories especially from childhood/youth, hunger, familial & familiar ties, vulnerability, feeling extra protective over loved ones, nesting, ancestral insights/messages etc..

As you move through these waves you can add to your rituals things like being in or near a body of water, cleaning your home &/or making it feel cozier, spending time with family & close ones, helping someone out, hugs & cuddling, drinking special herbs/tea/wine, having a big family/friend dinner or sleepover etc.. whatever it may be tap into you sentimental side and let the vibrations present flow through you. The cardinal waters are prompting us to free up the spaces within that pain and hurt may be overstaying - causing stagnation, practicing gratitude for the past and faith toward the future, and nurturing & honoring those that have invested in our well being & growth, those that have paved the way for us & walked the roads with us.
