The Beginning of the End is here, Capricorn Season marks the start of Winter & the Solstice gives us our longest night before the Sun begins to return more & more each day after - reminding us that as we move through death, the cold & hibernation - slowly but surely new beginnings are upon us, energy, light & warmth will return. It is a time for planning, brewing & assembly.

Cardinal 🜃 Earth initiates the grounding structures & systems we put in place to grow & exceed. Without the structure and stability of Earth, Water (Cancer) would have no where to pour it’s love and care into, Fire (Aries) would have no grounding to rise from, Air (Libra) would have nothing/no one to connect back to. If Cancer is the Mother, Aries the Baby, Libra the Union, then Capricorn is of course the experience of the Father. While a mother is working internally - forming, birthing, nurturing & caring for a child(ren), the father works externally - maintaining order, organizing, making sure the environment is stable & safe, everything is accounted for & everyone is provided for.

This is what Capricorn Season is all about: getting things in order, preparation, planning & structure. Winter is prep season for the New Year to come in Spring. Setting goals, making lists, being in our bodies , taking care of the structures that protect us, keep us warm & allow us to grow. It’s not a time of exerting lots of energy and being mobile and super active. Here we get to recoup and recover moving toward a new. Utilize this time to dream & envision the future, brainstorm & blueprint your future steps, eat well, sleep more, & spend time with those who share your ideas and dreams, get your work space/home together, & clear things out if you need.

Venus is retrograde during all of Capricorn season which is further indication of slowing down and tuning into yourself and what you deserve . During the first days of January the Sun will be in communication with Uranus setting in motion the new ideas and advancements to come. the following week Venus ℞ & Pluto will sync up with the Sun - making whatever underlying & internal retrograde dealings obvious and bringing everything to the surface & out in the light - things will start to feel better understood and worked through coming from this.

Somethings that can surface during this time include being cold & rigid, pessimism, isolation, getting stuck in old ways and not wanting to try something different/new. This is why it’s important to tap into your visions & imagination - having things to look forward to and plan toward is what keep us alive and joyful during the Winter. Look to your support systems & don’t fall victim to your past, call your friends and family, dont sit at home alone if there’s opportunity to be in community and wrapped in love that you may need. Find the balance in having time for yourself vs sharing space , responsibilities vs play, taking care of things vs taking care of self. etc.

You can do it all, especially when you’ve took the time to map things out and envision what your all looks like.
