We are in a new phase! Libra marks the start of Autumn/Fall - a time of ripening, letting go & maturing. This time of year reminds us of the beauty in transformation & the importance of connection.

The Cardinal Signs (Aries, Cancer, Libra, Capricorn) kick off the seasons (Spring, Summer, Fall, Winter) - representing new starts & initiation. Libra sparks the start of partnership & unifying with the goal of commitment, balance & love. Aries is the baby, Cancer is the mother, Libra is the marriage & union of people. The agreements we make with one another & how we uphold them. When we begin a relationship, we must learn & trust a person/something outside of ourselves in order to become in tune with them. We no longer have an independent (Aries) outlook, instead we think about the other as an extension of the self. We learn to negotiate, compromise & sync. The differences in thinking, upbringing & experiences bring about balance from equal parts, dissolving the self and initiating a new identity of family/entity. With Mercury retrograde overpowering this season it’s perfect timing for reconnecting with people - whether it be to clear up past issues, find resolve & release resentments or just rekindling a friendships/partnership/relationship that may have faded out without any specific cause. Other planets will be going direct within this time including Pluto, Saturn, Jupiter giving us momentum to move forward with the lessons we learned during their retrogrades. Although messages and information may be jumbled through this season we still are able to find ways to get things done with Mars merging with the Sun, be careful as this can also create higher frustration and irritability if you’re not pacing yourself & taking breaths. Mid month the Sun will make a nice connection to Jupiter in Aqua right before it goes direct & a tense one with Pluto in Capricorn opening up some opportunities & growth if we’re willing to do a little digging.

Some things that may be surfacing during this season can include manipulation, people pleasing, superficiality, tit for tat behavior, toxic positivity & dressing things up to be more than what is real. When Libra energy is not properly tended to these things can manifest and become major issues - make sure that you’re being honest with yourself first & others about what you want/need & what you’re willing to give, don’t just say or do things that don’t actually resonate with you to please others, understand that disagreements actually lead to understanding and balance when you‘re open and willing. Lastly, know that it’s okay to not feel your best sometimes & you don’t have to fake it/mask it, you can ask for help, speak your mind & show your emotions instead of covering things up with pretty accessories and it coming out in passive aggressive & vengeful ways that more than likely is not your true intention. Connect with others &/or put some energy into your craft/hobbies. Libra knows how to play fair, make nice & have peace in their lives when in its true, beautiful state so don’t miss the opportunities to have all the love, pleasure & grace in your days over petty stuff.
